Hannut, where the N80 meets the N64
Hannut sits in the middle of the sugar beet fields, at the crossing of the N80 to Namur and Sint-Truiden and the N64 to Tienen and Waremme. Pleasant country to drive through, rather less pleasant without a car: there is no passenger station and the bus stops running early.
So we mainly do two kinds of journey here: transfers to Brussels Airport and Charleroi, and pick-ups at Landen and Tienen stations when the last train comes in. For the E40 we join at Landen or at Waremme, depending on where you live.
We serve the surrounding villages just as readily: Cras-Avernas, Avin, Thisnes, Wansin, Crehen, Bertrée and Grand-Hallet. Even during the harvest, when the farm roads are thick with mud, the car is simply there on your drive.
