Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tiensetaxi (tiensetaxi.be). By booking our services through our website, email, or telephone, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a seamless service experience.

01 Booking Agreement

By booking a service through tiensetaxi.be, email, or telephone, you enter into a formal contract with Tiensetaxi (TIENSE TAXI BV). You are responsible for providing accurate information, including pickup times, addresses, and flight details if applicable. Every online request is subject to manual validation by our dispatch team.

02 Services and Rates

Our rates are based on private transportation in our 100% electric fleet. Quoted prices for airport transfers are generally fixed. Any significant deviations (extra stops, changed destination) will result in price adjustments. Hourly hire (as-directed) requires a minimum booking of 4 hours.

03 Payment

• Cash: Payment can be made directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
• Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) in our vehicles at no extra charge.
• Online: Secure online pre-payment is available via our booking platform.
• Invoices: Corporate accounts are billed post-service with a 14-day payment term. Late payments incur a 15% surcharge (min. €25).

04 Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup: Free of charge.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the fare is due.
• No-show: If the passenger is not present at the agreed time/place and unreachable, 100% of the fare is charged.
• Modifications are subject to availability and may lead to price changes.

05 Airport Pickups & Waiting Times

• We monitor flight arrival times in real-time to adjust our chauffeurs' schedules.
• Free Waiting Time: 60 minutes included from the actual landing time.
• Extra Waiting: After the first hour, a fee of €30/hour applies (billed per 15-min increments).
• It is the passenger's responsibility to locate the driver at the designated meeting point (e.g., Java Coffee Shop at BRU).

06 Luggage & Child Seats

Passengers must declare oversized luggage (skis, golf bags, foldable wheelchairs) at booking. We provide child seats and boosters free of charge, provided they are requested during the reservation process and subject to availability.

07 Conduct & Liability

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• The customer is liable for any damage or soiling of the vehicle. A cleaning fee (from €50) is payable immediately to the driver for incidents.
• Tiensetaxi is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather, road closures, accidents).

08 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district where TIENSE TAXI BV is registered.
