How can I cancel a booking?

According to our terms, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the ride amount will be charged. In case of a no-show, 100% of the amount is due.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We actively monitor your flight's status. We include 60 minutes of free waiting time that starts from the moment your plane actually lands, so you don't have to worry about flight delays affecting your pickup.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of your trip. We accept cash as well as all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on board the vehicle.

What is your luggage policy?

Each passenger is entitled to one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you have special or oversized luggage like a stroller or sports equipment, it is essential to specify this when booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle.

Where is the meeting point for my pickup?

How can I be sure my driver will be on time?

Punctuality is our core value. Our dispatch team coordinates every ride precisely. For airports, we monitor flight landing times to ensure we are there when you exit.

I need to change my booking. How can I do that?

Contact us via WhatsApp (+32 499 86 71 40) or email (info@tiensetaxi.be). Provide your Last Name and Reference ID for any modification.

Can I cancel my Tiensetaxi booking?

Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24h are subject to a fee of 50% of the fare.
