How can I cancel a booking?
According to our terms, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the total ride amount will be charged. In case of a no-show, 100% of the amount is due.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We actively monitor your flight's status. We include 60 minutes of free waiting time that starts from the moment your plane actually lands. This way, you don't have to worry about flight delays affecting your pickup.
How much waiting time is included?
We include 15 minutes of free waiting time for standard pickups and a generous 60 minutes for airport pickups (starting from the actual landing time). Additional waiting time may be charged as per our terms.
What is your luggage policy?
Each passenger is entitled to one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you have special or oversized luggage (e.g., strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment), it is essential to specify this at the time of booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of your trip. We accept cash as well as all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on board the vehicle.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats free of charge, subject to availability. To ensure we have one for your trip, it is mandatory to request it when you make your reservation.
Can I get an invoice for my trip?
Of course. Upon request to your driver or our customer service, we will gladly provide a detailed invoice by email, which is ideal for your business expense reports.
