Punctuality is a cornerstone of our service. Our experienced and professional drivers prioritize being on time for every single ride. Our dispatch system ensures precise coordination, and we kindly ask you to be ready at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth journey.

I can't find my driver. What should I do?

If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please don't worry. First, double-check the meeting point specified in your confirmation. If you still cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp so we can connect you directly.

Booking Modifications & Issues

I need to change my taxi booking. How can I do that?

To change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email or by phone. Please provide your booking reference and the details of the changes required. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

My flight is delayed or canceled. What should I do?

We actively monitor flight statuses for all airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time. We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your plane lands. If your flight is canceled, please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your booking.

My booking confirmation hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation email after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support. We will verify your booking status and resend the confirmation immediately.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. According to our terms, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the ride amount will be charged. In case of a no-show, 100% of the amount is due.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes, the price quoted when you book is the final price you pay. Our fares are all-inclusive of taxes and tolls. Any potential extra charges for significant waiting times beyond the free allowance or major route deviations would be communicated clearly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of your trip. We accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on board our vehicles.

Do you charge extra for card payments?

No, we do not charge any extra fees for payments made by credit or debit card in the vehicle.

Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?

No, all our bookings are for private transfers. The vehicle you book will be exclusively for you and your group, ensuring a comfortable and private journey.

Can you accommodate special luggage?

Yes. Each passenger is entitled to one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you have special or oversized luggage (e.g., strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment), it is essential to specify this at the time of booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats free of charge, subject to availability. To ensure we have one for your trip, it is mandatory to request it when you make your reservation.
