Daniele Overbeek O Soprabeke (13 March 1695, Amsterdam – 29 July 1751, Colombo) was the 26th Governor of Ceylon during the Dutch era in Ceylon. He was appointed upon 8 January 1742 and was Governor until 11 May 1743. He was succeeded by Julius Valentyn Stein van Gollenesse.
Dal 15 maggio 1717 al 13 marzo 1718 Overbeek salpò dall'Olanda a Ceylon sulla nave "Vaderland Getrouw". Solo quattro mesi dopo (22 luglio 1718) sposò Elisabeth Hals, la figlia del capitano dei borghesi a Colombo. Nel 1737 Overbeek era comandante di Galle. Elizabeth ebbe cinque figli, ma morì nell'ottobre 1738 a Galle. Overbeek si risposò con Gertruida Brengman.
