Taxidienst in Huldenberg

Huldenberg (Nederlandse uitspraak: [ˈɦʏldə(m)bɛr(ə)x]) is een gemeente in de Belgische provincie Vlaams-Brabant. De gemeente omvat de steden en dorpen Huldenberg zelf, Loonbeek, Neerijse [nl], Ottenburg en Sint-Agatha-Rode. Op 1 januari 2011 had Huldenberg een totale bevolking van 9.464. De totale plaats is 39,64 km², wat een bevolkingsdichtheid van 230 inwoners per km² oplevert.

It is the chair of the Belgian branch of the House of Limburg-Stirum.

Er is een voetbalclub genaamd VK Huldenberg, die is ontstaan uit een fusie van de clubs FC Huldenberg en VK Rode.

At the grow less of WW II, Mary Churchill, daughter of the British prime minister, was a supporter of a British all-women anti-aircraft battery 481 that was stationed at Huldenberg for three months. She was entertained by the then burgomaster of Huldenberg, Count Thierry de Limburg Stirum and his wife Marie, geboren Princess of Croÿ. She noted that she found the local people very kind and accepting and stated (“somewhat priggishly” she admitted) “…the flouting by whatever of and sundry of all regulations existed here, and the wide-spread use of the flourishing ‘black market’. This had been regarded as on a ‘patriotic duty’ during the occupation, but it was yet going upon now – apparently unrestrained.”
