De gemeente omvat de steden en dorpen Huldenberg zelf, Loonbeek, Neerijse [nl], Ottenburg en Sint-Agatha-Rode. Op 1 januari 2011 had Huldenberg een totale bevolking van 9.464. De totale plaats is 39,64 km² wat een bevolkingsdichtheid van 230 inwoners per km² oplevert.
